LG HU85LS/ HU85LA CineBeam 4K UST Laser Projector Review

We review the LG HU85LS (also marketed as the HU85LA in the USA, with the key difference being the inbuilt tuner) CineBeam 4K ultra short-throw (UST) laser projector, which uses a 0.66" DMD chipset from Texas Instruments.

Topics covered in this LG HU85 review include black level, colour accuracy, motion performance, video processing including upscaling, HDR, and input lag for gaming.

Even though the LG HU85LS/ HU85LA DLP projector apparently doesn't use a colour wheel, we still saw some rainbow effect (RBE) very rarely.
