TOR-M2 is an upgraded version of the Tor-M1 short-range surface-to-air missile system. TOR-M2 is designed to attack aircraft, helicopters, aerodynamic UAVs (drones), guided missiles, as well as other components of high-precision weapons flying at medium, low and very low altitudes in the air that harm or disturb the environment.
The TOR-M2 missile system can be mounted on a tracked or tracked chassis and was designed to provide cover for friendly units on the battlefield.
