THE BRIGHTEST CHEESECAKE WITHOUT BAKING!

Sam wanted to make a food video for his blog. But the trouble is the oven broke down... Sam can't wait that long, so Sue suggested making a cake without baking!

So, guys, today we're not baking, but caking! We mean that we're gonna make a cheesecake without using the oven at all! Grind the crackers, add some melted butter and place the mixture into a spring form, pressing it down. When the crust is done, we'll leave it to chill in the fridge for 30 minutes. Then we make the filling. It consists of a gelatinous mixture, cream cheese, condensed milk, cream, vanilla, and white chocolate!

After that, we need to divide our filling into 6 even parts. And we're gonna need food gels of 6 different colors! Add a few drops of food gel to each bowl and get 6 bowls of colorful mixture! Now is the time to fill the crust with the filling. Guys, you'll need to put the cake into the fridge for 20 minutes each time you add a new layer. Once you're done with the layers, place your cake into the fridge to chill for at least 4 hours.

The final stage is decoration! Add some whipped cream and sprinkles. Guys, you can decorate the cheesecake however you want! Try to make this rainbow cheesecake at home! You're gonna love it!
