As well as being standalone percussion pad and sampler, the powerful Alesis Strike Multipad features a comprehensive I/O panel, allowing you to connect external pads and triggers, allowing you to integrate it into a hybrid drumming setup, meaning that you can trigger the pad's sounds and samples from your acoustic drum kit.

Not only that, the Strike's audio input allows you to connect microphones or other sources, which can be blended with the internal sounds and put through the onboard effects.
