POE2 0.2 Frost wall chronomancer still good league starter

Frost wall still feels smooth AF from campaign to maps. The Cdr nerf affects mostly clear speed.
I only use Maligaro's Virtuosity until T15. It combos very well with Pinpoint Critical support . But buying a good wand might just more cost-efficient. I bought at 3Div and it cost 8Div now.
