🤝 EQUALITY | ESSEC celebrates International Women's Day with Dr. Angela Sutan

On March 8th, International Women’s Day, ESSEC Business School reaffirms its commitment to advancing gender equality, empowerment, and inclusion. This day is both an opportunity to celebrate progress and a reminder that building more equitable systems requires ongoing collective effort.

We are proud to highlight Angela Sutan, Associate Professor in the Department of Law, Political Science, and Society at ESSEC. Her research in behavioral sciences examines how gender norms and institutional contexts shape decision-making, leadership, and collective outcomes.

In addition to her academic work, Dr. Sutan is Co-referent on Gender Equality at ESSEC, where her research helps strengthen the initiatives of the Center for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and evaluate their impact.
