2 tbsp oil or ghee
1 tsp cumin seeds
7-8 curry leaves
2 tsp green chili paste or to taste
1 tbsp ginger paste or to taste
4 medium potatoes boiled, peeled and diced
Rock salt to taste (Sendha Namak / Pink Salt)
¼ cup crushed unsalted and roasted peanuts (Moongfali / Singdana)
Lemon juice to taste
1 tsp Sugar
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
