.Net Core - Creating a Universal Framework for Larger Projects

As our Fasetto Word desktop and server applications start to grow, I start the makings of a universal framework to share code between not only these 2 projects but any projects in the future.

We make use of the Dependency Injection built into .Net Core, as well as the logging features, while adding our own File logger on top of that system.
