Olympic gold medal gymnast Shawn Johnson East had to fall a million times before learning to land on her feet. Shawn faced intense pressure, as she was expected to win multiple gold medals at the 2008 Olympics. After getting 3 silvers, she was disappointment, despite finally winning a gold on balance beam. Shawn shares what she learned about having healthy expectations and how to measure your own performance regardless of awards.
