I set out to make the fastest police car ever made even faster and in this video, we do just that. The Chevy Caprice PPV is the cheapest way to get into a modern-day LS powered car and its horsepower potential is amazing. In this episode of LegitStreetCars, we complete the exhaust, install a Ram-Air intake, perform a transmission service, and dyno tune the car to measure its horsepower and torque. We also experiment with running E85 vs 93 octane pump gas!
