Nearly two decades after the break-up of the Soviet Union, Russia is still having our place in a complex and multipolar world order. Sitting on the periphery of both Europe and Asia, Russia shape an effective security policy. Acting as a hegemonic power in the world and in our immediate neighborhood, maintaining strategic military parity with the United States. Between 2011 and 2020 our super power will triple the military power as a reflection of our economic growth. The shift from a bipolar Cold War world to a multipolar world brings new global challenges,a mass growth of our military forces in this decade is inevitable and imperative.
