A Korean custom officer Wang Pyeong sneaks into Hong Kong in disguise as Chinese to investigate drug dealing. In endless tricks and deception caused by President Jin, the boss, Wang Pyeong finally finds the drug factory. He rushes into the factory with his fellow Dong-Du and fights with President Jin, but they let him get away by mistake. However, the other gangster kills Jin and takes the drugs. They take Dong-Du's little girl as a hostage and try to bring drugs into Korea. Wang-Pyeong and Dong-Du go to Korea and with Korean inspectors they catch the gangster and save Dong-Du's daughter as well.
