I was introduced to Mobile Home Investing in 2020. I got serious about it last year after talking a Mobile Home Course and mentorship. I found & bought 2 Mobile Homes for $1250, ($1500 total after DMV expenses) and made 10k! I JV with another Mobile Home investor (Lori M.) who was the 💣. Now im back at it and looking for more deals to Wholesale, Buy and Hold, Be the Bank and Fix & Flip.
