GTA IV (PC) Online in 2023 - CitizenIV Multiplayer Tutorial

Today's video I revisit a game from the past and try out GTA IV with CitizenIV, which is a multiplayer mod. I like this mod because it doesn't require the user to go out of there way to downgrade their game manually.

I'm using the Steam copy of GTA IV and ELFC, enjoy!
