300gr de verdura mixta,maiz arveja
250gr de arroz
300gr de berengena
200gr de calabazin
200gr de zanahoria

Aliños: magui,curcuma,cominos,pimienta,
ajos, aji en polvo,color,curry,pimenton en polvo,
sal,y manteca ó aceite, todo a su gusto
