Rhodes Amazing Transformation of residential & commercial buildings #automobile

During the period from about 1930 to the mid-1980s, the western part of the suburb between Homebush Bay and the railway line was taken up by chemical manufacturing. In October 2010, the City of Canada Bay approved a plan which would allow up to 5 buildings of 25 storeys in this Western section. At the 2021 census, the suburb of Rhodes recorded a population of 11,453 people making it one of the most densely populated areas of Sydney outside the CBD.
