TOXIC Pufferfish...Catch Clean Cook- INCREDIBLE Recipe! (Toadie)

***ALL Pufferfish species are known to contain neurotoxins that can potentially be fatal. I don't want to scare anyone, just warn people of the risks. I will post all information I have gathered on the checkered pufferfish below, which is the species we caught and ate in S. Florida.***

Pufferfish aka toadies are widely know around the world as being poisonous. They can be found almost anywhere nearshore in Florida, but prefer docks, seawalls and mangrove shorelines where they seek shelter. They can literally puff themselves up to make them awkward and hard to consume for bigger predatory fish. They also have a crazy little set of teeth, that should not be ignored as they can draw blood and certainly tear skin open! They are extremely easy to catch and beyond delicious! We show you how to clean and cook these tasty little pufferfish. My buddy James who is a professional chef cooked them up for us and made an amazing fried pufferfish recipe you have to try!
