This is Miseros (Fun Fact: Miseros is "wretched" in Latin)
Miseros is a vampire. A vampire in need of a companion. He tries but always fails at talking to girls. Sure he looks both threatening and snazzy at first, but behind his looks sits nothing but a dork. :D
