Welcome to BRATISLAVA SLOVAKIA! During our visit, we try delicious Slovakian food and experience the best things to do in Bratislava.

Having ancestry from the Moravian region of Czechia, and the former Czechoslovakia, we were so excited to visit #Slovakia. We’re both used to eating kolaches in Texas, so we were excited to try authentic Moravian Kolaches and other traditional Slovak food in Bratislava.

We tried a LOT of Slovakian food and drinks, including Moravian Kolaches, Bryndzové halušky (Slovak Dumplings), Bryndzové Pirohy (Pierogi), Strapačky (Sauerkraut Dumplings), Medovina (Mead) and Slovakian beer. And, we put in the miles exploring Bratislava’s Old Town and the best things to do in Bratislava.

We visited The Blue Church, the Slovak Pub, the Slovakian Presidential Palace, Michael’s Gate, the Main Square Christmas Market, the UFO bridge, and finally the Bratislava Castle.
