COFFEE SCIENCE - Bean Temperature & Extraction

Armed with a new Atago refractometer, two bags of the same coffee, and some extra time on quarantine I'm diving into a new chapter in the Coffee Science series. This time I'm testing wether the temperature of your coffee beans at the time of grinding has an effect on its extraction. As a barista, roaster, and just overall coffee guy I was surprised by the results.
