WHAT I EAT IN A DAY AS A New Zealand NETBALLER!
I play for the Northern Mystics in the ANZ Premiership.

2ND VIDEO!
What I would eat in a day as a pescatarian, who only eats seafood and everything else whole foods.
This will also change depending on when I have trainings.

I used LifeSum to calculate my calories.

RECIPES:

BREAKFAST:

1 cup rolled oats
1 cup almond milk
1 cup water
Cinnamon

Toppings:
Banana, blueberries, coconut chips, almonds, chia seeds, peanut butter, natural yoghurt, coconut milk

LUNCH:

Five grain bread
3 eggs
1/2 an avocado
Marmite

Smoothie:

Spinach
Mixed berries
Natural yoghurt
Nut or coconut milk
Peanut butter
Banana
Water

PRE MATCH:

Granola is stove cooked:
Oats, maple syrup, cinnamon, coconut chips, cranberries, almonds, walnuts.

Natural yoghurt, soy milk.

DINNER:

SPAG BOWL:
Lentils boiled
Wholemeal pasta
Corn, capsicum, mushrooms, tomatoes, carrot, beans
Garlic powder
