FULL RECIPE

3 Cups Plain Flour
2 tsp instant yeast
2 tsp Salt
1 Diced Jalapeño
4oz of Shredded Vegan Cheese. I’m using the one by Open Nature.
1 TBSP Onion Powder
2 1/3 cups of warm water (see tip 🚨 )

1 Sliced Jalapeño for topping
Choice amount of cheese for topping

🚨Amount of water depends on altitude, so if you don’t use the recommended amount don’t worry. All you need to focus on is the right consistency. 🚨

INSTRUCTIONS

•Add dry ingredients in bowl
•Add Jalapeño and Cheddar
•Mix all ingredients together
•Slowly add warm water until dough gets sticky
•Cover and let rise overnight or 2-3 hours
•Remove dough from bowl and lightly coat with flour.
•Gently work dough into a ball & place on •greased parchment paper. I like to use nonstick spray for convenience.
•Carefully place dough in Dutch oven using the sides of the parchment paper to carry it.
•Decorate the top of your dough with Sliced •Jalapeños and Cheese.
•Cover & Place in preheated oven of 450 degrees
•Bake for 30 Min Covered
•Bake for 15 Min uncovered or until golden brown.
•Let your bread rest, once cooled, slice and enjoy!
