We can make a religion out of anything. But what is religion exactly? There's a general sense in which people ask, "are you religious?" often suggesting a vague adherence to or belief in God. But why do many Christians often cringe at the use of this word "religion?"

This week, John Crowder breaks down the concept of religion, from several angles, as it means different things to different people. But defining it generally, religion is any attempt at setting ourselves right with something outside ourselves. But the Good News of Jesus Christ is that God has put an end to the religion business.
