Honda Dio Motor Rebuild Part 3, Cutting The Intake Port!!

Part 3 of the Honda Dio Motor Rebuild series. This video I will show the way I set up and cut the intake port. This is what I call my street port, not super aggressive and still creates good bottom with improved top end as well! Nice set up for someone who still uses sport style bores, pipes, maybe stock carb with air box. This ensures more air fuel mix to get into the motor. Stock Honda intake ports are very small and very restrictive! I use the same technique for cutting all intake ports. Always remember to under cut, then fine tune the flow. You can always remove material but very hard to put it back with out welding or epoxies!
