Day 4 of 'Making Sake on Sado' sees the start of the Sandan Jikomi, the three-stage building of our fermentation mash... and that's just the daytime - we're back for some night work too. We also showcase more of beautiful Sado Island by summiting the 350 m high Iwakubi Shoryu Tanada Rice Terraces, check out Obata Shuzo's projection mapping, visit Henmi Shuzo - the smallest of Sado's sake breweries - and more!
