Recipe

Milkfish:
-Seasoning (per fish), 1/2 tsp of each of the following: Salt, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Paprika, & Chilli Powder
***Bake @ 350 Degrees Fahrenheit for 45 min - 1 hr, depending on the size of the fish.

Eluit el tuu (Banana Side Dish):
-4 Medium Sized Cooking Banana
-1 can of Coconut Milk
-1/8 tsp of salt
-1/2 tbsp Granulated Sugar
**Cook at med-hi heat until it starts boiling then simmer on low heat for
10-15 minutes. NOTE: For a more creamier consistency, leave the lid off. If you prefer more soup be sure to leave the lid on but just check on it every now and then to prevent any spillage.

Belsiich (Pounded Taro):
1.5lb Giant Taro
1.5 cup Coconut Milk (In Can)
Vegetable Oil or Olive Oil (2 tbsp for coating & 1/4 cup for softer/smooth consistency)
4 tbsp Granulated Sugar
