Airfix P-51D Mustang (Red Tails) - 1/72 Scale Plastic Model Kit - Build & Review

The P-51 Mustang came to be one of the most iconic fighter aircraft of the second world war. Famous for its role in escorting allied bombers over Germany, whilst also earning a reputation for being an excellent dogfighter and ground attack aircraft.

In this video I build and review the Airfix 1/72 scale plastic model kit of this historic aircraft.

At the moment, this kit is no longer listed as in production on the Airfix Website however, but this model is still available albeit with different decals representing another p-51D mustang:
