The advanced ink chemistry of Epson’s resin inks is eco-friendly, odourless, and able to print onto a wide range of coated and uncoated substrates. In addition to the advanced inks, the printers are built from innovative technology to maximise uptime and minimise maintenance. The ultrasonic detector reduces the risk of printhead failure, while the nozzle verification technology (NVT) automatically compensates should any nozzle become blocked. User replaceable printheads continue to maximise production time, as these can be easily replaced with no specialist tools, and within 60minutes. The Advanced Auto Tension Control ensures highly accurate media feeding, resulting in exceptional tiling. This consistent tiling saves you on material wastage and installation time.

The efficient drying and curing process means you can laminate immediately with no gassing required. This enables same-day delivery and faster turnaround times. High quality print is achieved by three Epson print technologies – Halftoning, fully optimised LUT and Micro Weave – reducing graininess and banding. Fully controlled heating and curing technology, combined with the long-life PrecisionCore printhead, provide reliable colour consistency across the entire length of the print run. This avoids the need for reprints due to mismatched colours. You can also stay in control of production thanks to the user-friendly 4.3-inich touch panel screen, and signal lamp for easy status checks.
