Beautiful, simple Mince Pie recipe

ALL INGREDIENTS AND QUANTITIES BELOW.

Here's the recipe for my delicious cranberry, pecan and orange mince pies, made with sweet pastry. Makes approximately 12 mince pies, or you could just make 1 giant one!

Pastry;
340g Plain flour ( plus extra for dusting)
200g Cold butter,
100g Golden caster sugar,
2 tbls Cold water.

Filling:
300g Good quality mince meat,
40g Roughly chopped cranberries,
40g Roughly chopped pecans
1 tbls Ground cinnamon,
Zest of 1 orange.

Dust:
5 tbls Icing suger
2 tbls Ground cinnamon.
