MEAL PREP WITH ME 2017 // EASY AND HEALTHY // MOM OF 3 //SAHM
Hey Guys!
Welcome back to another meal ideas video! I typically meal prep on Sundays for Monday and Tuesday, I always plan any errands I have for the week on those to days to get them out of the way so I can focus on my kids and my channel, not having to worry about cooking or what i'm going to feed myself and the kids those days. These meals are pretty simple to make and hold up well in the refrigerator. These meals can also be great to-go lunches for anyone in your family. I hope you guys in enjoy this video! ****WHAT I USED*****
Meal one:
Old fashioned oats 1/2 cup
2 VERY ripe bananas
1 tsp flax seeds
1 tsp chia seeds
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
Blend until pancake consistency
Cook in a greased pan on medium heat
Topped with agave
Served with Mandarin Oranges
ENJOY!
Meal two:
Large Tortilla wraps
Deli sliced Turkey
Deli sliced provolone cheese
Wrap and cut into 2 or 4
Served with red seedless grapes
(I sometimes add a hard boiled egg to this one :)
ENJOY!
Meal Three:
Thawed Ground beef
1/3 cup water
1 LEVELED tsp of baking soda
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
Combine contents with hands for 2-3 minutes!
Let sit
1/2 medium white onion (grate and squeeze)
Add onion to meat and mix again for another 2-3 minutes
Dampen hands with water and pull and pat meat into flat circular shapes
Cook on medium heat on each side until cooked
Served with Garden rotoni
PASTA:
Extra virgin olive oil (add as much as you will be comfortable with, I love olive oil :)
1/2 medium white onion chopped
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp salt
2 tsp brown sugar (optional, but makes a huge difference to the taste of the veggies :)
Serve and enjoy!
