CLLEX / Central Luzon Link Expressway update as of February 2021

The 30km+ CLLEX is about to have a partial opening up to Aliaga as announced by DPWH Secretary Mark Villar soon. Phase 1 connects Tarlac to Cabanatuan City.
The video starts from Package 1 towards Package 4.
There are five interchange on this alignment. (Including the one along SCTEX)

The alignment starts from SCTEX Tarlac Exit and then Zaragoza Interchange (towards AH26 Maharlika Hwy / Zaragoza Santa Rosa Tarlac Road which is soon Package 5), Aliaga Interchange towards (Guimba Aliaga Rd), San Juan Interchange (Aliaga - will end at Carmen Cabanatuan Road Bgy San Juan) and Cabanatuan Interchange (row is still under negotiation - just after Felipe Vergara Hwy)
