Preparations to increase the minimum pension of PF to Rs. 3000

Kanpur. A meeting of central federations was held in Delhi under the chairmanship of Union Labor Minister Mansukh Mandaviya. In this, BMS, INTUC and other labor organizations participated.

Representatives attended the meeting. Preparations are being made to provide minimum Ayushman medical pension and Ayushman benefits to people above 60 years of age.

Medical benefits were discussed. It was told that there are preparations to increase the minimum pension of PF to Rs. 3000. The Central Government had fixed the minimum pension at Rs. 1000 11 years ago in 2014.

The government may soon announce an increase in the minimum pension. This will benefit about 50 thousand pensioners of the city. Labour organizations have been demanding an increase in the minimum pension for a long time. People of 60 years of age will also be able to avail the benefits of Ayushman treatment. Till now, people above 70 years of age were getting its benefits.
