I list four restaurants Americans love in Okinawa, Japan. These places have some of the best foods on island with very low prices and a great dining experience. Wondering where to eat off-base? Start with these restaurants to get a feel for the dining scene in Okinawa! Be sure to read the rest of the description box for more details on the places I mentioned.

Please note that this isn't an exclusive list. These are the restaurants that first came to mind due to their unwavering popularity over the years. I have lived in Okinawa for about over 13 years and these are the places that I have enjoyed going with friends and family. While I now live in the states, I still visit once a year and I try to go to as many places as I can during my visit, but unfortunately can't go to all my favorites! So there are definitely more good places to eat and I do have past videos that touch on other restaurants and a couple coming up soon.
