Sifu Dom Békés Wing Chun (2018) Seminar Day 1 'William Cheung Wing Chun'

Sifu Dom Békés gives a Seminar on the Traditional Wing Chun Kung Fu System that he learnt from Grandmaster William Cheung. Sifu Dom was previously responsible for making a number of Grandmaster Cheung's training videos that detail how the Traditional Wing Chun method advocates taking control of the opponents leading elbow at an angle to attack the opponents balance whilst providing ample time and targets for counter attack whilst remaining protected from the opponent. The opponent must first regain their balance and reposition before they can become a threat once more! Allowing the practitioner the chance to predict the opponents next move! Watch the elbow watch one point, control the elbow control just one point and fight on the blind side! Is the Traditional Wing Chun Way! That was handed down to GM Cheung from GM Yip Man. It requires the practitioners weight to be evenly distributed to allow for the necessary ease in transitioning to the blind side.
