FLOW-3D HYDRO: segmented breakwater simulation
🇮🇹 I cambiamenti climatici stanno stravolgendo il mondo che abbiamo imparato a conoscere: maremoti e alluvioni sono fenomeni con cui purtroppo dobbiamo imparare a convivere e limitarne i loro effetti catastrofici. I frangiflutti rappresentano uno degli strumenti di protezione delle coste più semplici ed efficaci. Nel video mostriamo un semplice esempio simulato con FLOW-3D HYDRO; la simulazione CFD è il miglior strumento per progettare e dimensionare questo genere d'infrastrutture.

Breakwaters represent one of the simplest and most effective coastal protection tools. In the video we show a simple example simulated with FLOW-3D HYDRO; CFD simulation is the best tool to design and dimension this kind of infrastructure.
