Pesto Burrata Caprese Crostinis🍅 if you're looking for an easy appetizer that is sure to impress, make this! I got all ingredients from Trader Joe's, but added some swaps if you don't live near one. These crostinis are DELISH! Let me know if you make✨

•French baguette
•TJ's vegan pesto (or regular pesto)
•balsamic glaze
•campari tomatoes
•two burrata cheese balls
•aglio olio seasoning (or chopped basil)
•extra virgin olive oil
•3tbsp melted garlic butter

•cut baguette into 1/4 inch slices
•toss in a large bowl with drizzle of olive oil & garlic butter
•add crostinis to baking sheet & bake at 375 for 5-7min or until crisp
•top each crostini with pesto
•slice open burrata & scoop out stracciatella filling
•top each with a spoon of stracciatella, sliced tomato, drizzle of balsamic glaze & algio olio seasoning
