Sony a6400 vs a6500 Optical Steadyshot and In-Body Image Stabilization Comparison

How does the Sony a6400 vs a6500 compare when it comes to stabilization? Is the lack of IBIS in a6400 over the a6500 a dealbreaker, and is a Sony OSS lens enough to stabilize your handheld footage? Personally, I'm using the a6400 both for vlogs as well as in my professional workflow.
