Legal fraternity calls on citizens to have valid wills in the event of death

The legal fraternity is calling on people to ensure they have valid wills in the event of death. Failure to draw up this document has brought numerous challenges for many families. These range from conflict among relatives over the diseased's estate to assets ending up in the hands of an undesired recipient. According to the Master of the High Court, 70% of South Africans don't have valid wills.
