Week

4lbs Turkey Neck( Cleaned and trimmed)
2 TBSP All Purpose Seasoning( I’m using Maggi Jamaica)
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Black pepper
1 TSP Browning ( Grace Jamaican Product)
1 Can Butter Bean(Drained)
1 1/2 Cup Red label or stone ginger wine(If you don’t have wine you can use 1/4 Cup of Worcestershire sauce)
1/4 Cup Green Seasoning(see recipe on my channel)
2 Onions (chopped)
6-8 Sprigs of Scallion(Green Onion)
4 Sprigs of Thyme
6 Garlic Cloves (Chopped)
6-10 All Spice Berry( Pimento seeds)
1 Knob of ginger (Grater or Crushed)
1 scotch Bonnet pepper
1 TBSP Oil( I’m using coconut oil)
