hello YouTube! as i upload this i am currently back at home with my family. I'm staying with them for a few days. Yesterday was a long tiring day and unfortunately my cat got hit by a car and died. Heartbreaking as i didn't even get to see her and i was so looking forward to cuddling her. I know that cats can dart in front of cars and this isn't the first time one of my cats have been hit and killed by a car, but i just want to iterate that speed limits and laws such as not using your mobile phone whilst driving are in place because cars are killing machines. They kill cats and dogs and animals of all sorts, but they also kill people and children. It is so important to drive safely, lives are so precious and can be gone in an instant. Tell people you love them everyday, whenever you can. You never know when disaster might strike and take that person away. I'm not writing this for pity for me, my family or my cat, but to pass on the little nudge i have had reminding me how easy it is to die, and how death has an impact and how important it is to cherish what we have.
On a brighter note, from Tuesday next week i will be in Brighton writing and recording in the studio and hopefully the sun will shine. I've never been before so i am quite excited.
