Open Throat Vocal Exercise
How to get your voice out of your throat ⬇️
And when I say “out of your throat” I mean how you can make it not feel like it’s stuck.
The voice is always in your throat, so you can’t get it “out of your throat”, but we can make sure it doesn’t feel stuck there!
Anyways, here’s how:
1. Drop your jaw and relax the jaw muscle
2. Don’t let your tongue retract
3. Relax your neck muscles
4. Don’t over compress your vocal folds
5. Make sure your larynx doesn’t get stuck up too high in your throat.
Lucky for you, this exercise works on all those things!
