Connecting Raspberry Pi Pico W To The Internet

This is a detailed tutorial on connecting Raspberry Pi Pico W to the internet using WiFi. To show an example of the connection we can query a webpage, and get the current time from a time service. To follow along, all you’ll need is:

A Raspberry Pi Pico W
A micro USB cable
A PC to run Thonny & Pico W With MicroPython on it- follow the link and install Thonny if you haven’t already.
A WiFi network connected to the internet
