Disgraced gymnastics doctor Larry Nassar will be back in court Thursday as the fallout from his sex abuse scandal grows. Meanwhile, authorities in one town will publicly apologize to a woman who reported Nassar when she was 17, but was not believed. NBC’s Kate Snow reports for TODAY.
