2020年10月，一幅緙絲作品在北京保利拍賣夜，以322萬的高價被拍得。2005年，無錫人林玲從荷蘭留學回到國內，機緣之下接觸到緙絲，發現這項傳統技藝缺少年輕的傳承人，於是她在蘇州招募緙絲匠人，開始緙絲研究和創新嘗試。12月，一条拜訪了她位於蘇州絲綢博物館內的工作室，與她聊了聊將非遺技藝放上了當代纖維藝術風口的故事。In October 2020, a Kesi work was sold for 3.22 million on an auction night by Poly in Beijing. In 2005, Lin Ling from Wuxi came back to China after graduating from the Netherlands, and by a fortunate coincidence she was introduced to the art of Kesi. She found that the traditional technique was in want of young inheritors, so she recruited Kesi craftsmen in Suzhou and started the research and innovation of Kesi. Last December, YIT visited her studio located in the Suzhou Silk Museum, and she shared her story of bringing intangible cultural heritage skill to the boom of modern fabric art.
