Wood Fired Pizza Cooked with the Kettle Pizza Attachment

How I cook wood fired pizza using the Kettlepizza.

For the pizza dough:
600 g Bread Flour (5 cups)
1 Package Instant Yeast
5 g sugar (1 teaspoon)
10 g Salt (1 Tablespoon)
375 milliliters Water

For the sauce:
1 35 oz Can Whole Tomatoes
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
1/4 teaspoon Sugar
1/2 Tablespoon Dried Oregano
1 teaspoon Dried Basil
