How to grow grass for cats to snack on in water instead of dirt
I actually used wheat instead of oat, but the two are interchangeable

If this is not working for you it might be because the paper towel is too thick. I now use half of a cheap dollar store paper napkin. It's thin enough to support the seeds but will dissolve once the roots have knitted themselves together into a mat
