I WAS KIDNAPPED!!! (sorta)

Got locked inside a storage locker facility with no way out but to abandon my vehicle, channel my inner ninja, and face the cold January night. Seriously though... how in the world does a storage facility literally imprison their paying customers?!?! What if I was too old or disabled to climb up the 5-foot+ high wall and railing... and then climb down on the other side?? Answers are needed.
