Morning flight from Haneda International Airport in Tokyo to Chicago O'Hare International Aiport.

My first time flying to the USA, crossing the Pacific, and beyond the 10-hour long haul flight. The total flight time was about eleven hours. I flew on March 1st at a time when the threat of COVID-19 was not as pronounced in the USA two weeks later. For Japan, however, the coronavirus situation has been around since January, so the number of passengers was significantly lower than the usual.

Wide-body aircraft of Japan's major airlines usually have 2-4-2 configuration. Since there were few passengers, I did not have a seatmate. My seat was 31A.

Overall, I had a pleasant journey. Cabin crew are nice and snappy, food was great, and as you will see at the latter part of the video, the landing was super smooth.
