‘Reel Adventure’ – Tales of Fishing and Exploration on a Selene 53 Trawler

Step aboard Selene 53 ‘Reel Adventure’, a boat whose name really says it all. Since purchasing the well-maintained trawler several years ago, owners Doug and Dana Owens have used the vessel as a base for their fishing, crabbing, and prawning adventures from the Puget Sound of Washington State to the glacial bays of Alaska (and everywhere in-between).

In the video, Doug and Dana talk about their favorite destinations and introduce some of the equipment and techniques they use to wrangle some quite impressive halibut and ling cod.
