Here's the story you've been waiting for about what just happened the other night with my nightmare neighbor who decided to have a pandemic party on a Monday night... I prefer to have a more amiccable relationship with my neighbors but when my children are involved all bets are off. Tell me, have you ever experienced a nightmare neighbor?
